IDRA Reykjavík Summit on Water and Climate Change
From October 12-14, 2025, the International Desalination and Reuse Association (IDRA) will host the IDRA 2025 Reykjavík Summit on Water and Climate Change at the Harpa Conference Centre in Reykjavík, Iceland.
The summit will serve as a vital platform to tackle the urgent challenges of climate change and water scarcity. It will focus on expanding water reuse, advancing innovative desalination solutions, and strengthening the water-energy-food nexus.
Bringing together professionals from diverse sectors—including private, public, financial, industrial, municipal, national, international, and multilateral stakeholders—the summit aims to foster collaboration, drive technological innovation, and develop financing solutions through guarantees, tariffs, and PPP project models.
