The Environment Agency of Iceland

The EAI runs two projects, helping companies and institutions reduce their impact on the environment and natural resources, as well as limit carbon emissions:

1. The environmental label of the Nordics, the Swan.  Its requirements verify that labeled products have a reduced impact on the environment and health.  This is achieved by analyzing the effect of each step in the product life cycle.
2. Green Steps in Public Services are a tool to help public organizations further their environmental improvements in line with clear and standardized milestones.
