ON Power is Iceland’s largest producer of geothermal energy and the country’s second-largest electricity producer. The company owns and operates Hellisheiði Power Plant, the largest geothermal power plant in Europe, and plays a central role in harnessing Iceland’s geothermal resources to produce sustainable energy, hot water and electricity.

ON Power supplies hot water to more than half of Iceland’s households and generates around 25–30% of the country’s total electricity production. The company sells electricity to both households and businesses. ON Power is also a catalyst in the energy transition. The company invested in the first EV charging station in 2014 and now operates over a thousand public charging points nationwide and fast chargers along the entire Ring Road.
