Landsvirkjun is Iceland's National Power Company and fully owned by the Icelandic State. The company was established in 1965 and today produces over 14 TWh of 100% renewable energy annually from around 2.200 MW of installed hydro, geothermal and wind power resources. Landsvirkjun promotes sustainable development through leading-edge application of knowledge, innovation and technology.

Landsvirkjun Power, a fully owned subsidiary of Landsvirkjun, offers international advisory services and co-development partnership opportunities in hydro and geothermal power development, construction, and commissioning of operations. The company has been actively involved in a multitude of projects globally since its establishment in 2008, mostly in the capacity of Owner's Engineer, both in developed as well as developing markets across all continents.
